What we collect

• Bookings and quotes: your name, email, company (optional), project brief, chosen service, tier, add-ons, kickoff time and payment plan.
• Accounts: your email and a password. We never see your password in readable form.
• Invoices: your name, email, and where given, your phone, address and website, plus what the invoice is for.
• Payments: handled by Square. Your card number is typed into Square’s secure form and never reaches our servers. We keep the amount, status and the last four digits of a saved card.
• Abuse prevention: your IP address and form timing, used to limit spam, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks on some forms.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver your project, take payment, send receipts, reminders and the emails about your booking or plan, answer your questions, keep the site secure, and meet legal and tax duties. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use service providers who process data for us: Square (payments, saved cards and installment billing), Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (spam checks). They may only use it to provide their service. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We use only what the site needs: a sign-in session cookie and your light or dark theme choice stored in your browser. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, invoice and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the work and for tax and accounting rules, usually several years. Spam-prevention records are deleted sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or cancel a care plan from your account. We may need to keep some records we are legally required to keep. We are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their data.

Security and changes

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access limited to FMR Tech. No system is perfectly secure. If this policy changes we will update the date above.
