FMR TechTerms of service
These terms apply when you book, pay for or receive work from FMR Tech. By booking or paying an invoice you agree to them.

The work
Each project is delivered as described for the service and tier you chose: its scope, timeline and number of revision rounds. A round is one consolidated set of feedback. Work outside that scope needs a custom quote or an add-on. Timelines depend on you sending content, feedback and approvals promptly.
Prices, deposits and invoices
Prices are fixed in US dollars for the scope listed. You can pay in full, or pay a 30% deposit to hold your kickoff slot and the rest by milestone invoices or installments. Invoices are due by the terms shown on them. Sales tax is added where required. We may pause work on an account with an overdue invoice.
Installment plans
If you choose to pay an invoice in installments, you authorize Square to charge the card you save, in the amounts and on the dates shown, until the plan is paid. You can change the card from the link in our emails. If a charge fails, Square may retry, and we will email you. A plan that stops because of repeated failures leaves the unpaid balance due. Contact us to cancel a plan; paid installments are not refunded by cancelling.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel a project before kickoff for a full refund of your deposit. After kickoff the deposit covers work already done. Once work is delivered, payments are not refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Care plans
Care plans renew monthly or yearly and bill your saved card until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account. You are not charged again and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Care plans are optional and cover the maintenance listed when you buy.
Ownership
Full ownership of the source code we write for you transfers to you once the final invoice is paid. Until then we keep it. Open source libraries and third-party services stay under their own licenses and terms. You promise that content you give us is yours to use. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Warranty and liability
Each tier includes a bug-fix window after launch to correct defects in what we built. Beyond that, the work is provided as is, without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work involved, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or submit false or automated bookings. We may refuse or cancel service for abuse. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
